If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product simpy return it to us for your choice of refund or exchange.

• Returns must be in new condition and must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
• Used items that are defective are eligible for exchange only, no refunds on used items.
• After 30 days any defective items need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Your invoice number is your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please mark it on the outside of your return box.
